Shipping Policy
At Memree, we aim to dispatch your order quickly and ensure your fragrance arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
We work with trusted delivery partners DPD and Royal Mail to provide reliable, fully tracked delivery across the United Kingdom.
Every order is carefully packaged to protect your parfums, home fragrance and body care products during transit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Shipping Summary
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Thursday) usually ship the same day
- Next working day delivery via DPD for Mainland UK
- 1-2 working days delivery via Royal Mail for Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands
- Free shipping on orders £60 or more
- Full tracking provided on all orders

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including:
- Mainland UK
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands
- The Channel Islands
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Thursday) are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed:
- After 2:00pm
- On Fridays after 2:00pm
- During weekends or UK bank holidays
will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
During peak periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or product launches) processing times may occasionally extend to 1-5 working days and be clearly stated at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Mainland UK using DPD
Next working day delivery (aimed for, not guaranteed)
Mainland UK using Royal Mail
Approximately 1-2 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands
Approximately 1-2 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

This applies to all Memree products, including parfums, home fragrance, and body care.
Tracking Your Order
All Memree orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress.
Incorrect Address Provided
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@memree.co.uk
Please include:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order number
- The correct shipping address
While we will always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
Memree cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
DPD Delivery Information (Mainland UK only excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands)
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a text and/or email from DPD with tracking information and delivery options, including:
- Rescheduling
- Safe place delivery (at your own risk)
- Delivery to a local DPD Pickup Shop
Delivery Attempts
DPD will normally attempt delivery up to three times. In some cases, they may redirect your parcel to a nearby DPD Pickup Shop after the first or second delivery attempt to allow for convenient collection.
If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be returned to us.
Please note that decisions regarding delivery attempts and redirection are made at DPD’s discretion and are outside of our control.

Royal Mail Delivery Information (Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands only)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a text and/or email from Royal Mail with tracking information and available delivery options.
Royal Mail will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If delivery cannot be completed, the postie will usually leave a “Something for you” card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.
You can track your parcel and manage delivery options using Royal Mail’s tracking service here. You can also manage your delivery through the Royal Mail app here.
Available options may include:
- Rescheduling
- Safe Place Delivery (at your own risk)
- Delivery to a local Royal Mail Delivery Office or local Post Office®
Royal Mail will normally hold your parcel for up to 18 days if delivery cannot be completed. If redelivery or collection is not arranged within this period, the parcel may be returned to Memree.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Please note that decisions regarding delivery attempts, non-authorised safe place delivery, and redirection are made at Royal Mail's discretion and are outside of our control.

Safe Place Delivery
If you choose to have your parcel delivered to a safe place, this option is selected directly with the courier (DPD or Royal Mail) and is done entirely at your own risk.
By selecting a safe place delivery option, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel unattended at your nominated location if you are not available to receive it.
Once the courier confirms that the parcel has been successfully delivered to the requested safe place, the delivery will be considered complete and fulfilled. This confirmation is typically supported by courier tracking updates and delivery confirmation images.
Please note:
- DPD and Royal Mail will provide a delivery image as confirmation to support a successful delivery.
- Memree cannot be held liable for any parcel that is lost, stolen, or damaged after it has been delivered to a safe place.
- Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer once the courier confirms delivery to the requested location.
- If a parcel goes missing after safe place delivery has been completed, Memree is not responsible for replacement or refund.
- If a parcel is reported missing to us after a safe place delivery, Memree will raise an investigation with the courier and endeavour to assist where possible. The final outcome will be subject to the courier’s investigation and delivery confirmation.
Royal Mail may, at their own discretion, leave a parcel in a safe place in accordance with their terms and conditions.
This policy applies to all Memree orders delivered via DPD or Royal Mail.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with our courier partners DPD and Royal Mail to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control. These may include high parcel volumes, operational delays within courier networks, weather conditions, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note:
- Memree cannot be held liable for delivery delays once a parcel has been dispatched and is in the possession of the courier.
- Delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur during peak periods, adverse weather conditions, or operational disruptions within the courier network.
If your parcel is delayed:
We will endeavour to assist wherever possible by providing support and liaising with DPD or Royal Mail on your behalf.
- Memree can raise enquiries or investigations with DPD or Royal Mail where appropriate to help locate or progress your delivery.
- Any investigation or final delivery timeframe will remain subject to the courier’s processes and network operations.
We appreciate your patience and understanding should delays occur and will always aim to support customers in resolving delivery issues where possible.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is missed, the chosen courier for your order may:
- Attempt redelivery
- Leave the parcel with a neighbour
- Hold the parcel at a local depot or collection point

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and arrange redelivery or collection if a delivery attempt is missed.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking information shows that a parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.
If you believe your parcel has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us at support@memree.co.uk within 48 hours of the delivery update so we can investigate with DPD or Royal Mail.
Memree will assist in raising an investigation with the courier; however, the final outcome will be subject to the courier’s delivery confirmation and investigation process.
If an investigation determines that there has been an issue with the delivery, Memree will work to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
Important Notes
- All delivery times refer to working days only (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Memree is not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.
- Choosing “leave in a safe place” authorises the courier to deliver the parcel unattended and is done entirely at the customer’s risk.
