If you have not received one, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure you are checking the email address linked to your payment method, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. Delivery is free on all UK orders over £60. For orders under £60, delivery is £4.99 to mainland UK and £8.99 to Northern Ireland.

We ship with DPD. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery within mainland UK. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend are shipped on Monday. Deliveries to Northern Ireland usually take up to two working days.

Yes. Memree perfumes can be taken on a plane. If you are carrying a bottle in your hand luggage, it must follow airline liquid rules, which usually allow containers of up to 100ml. Larger bottles can be placed in checked luggage.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. Perfumes must have the cellophane wrapping intact, and candles must be unlit and in a resalable condition. Returns from Northern Ireland must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Perfumes can only be returned if the cellophane wrapping on the full-size bottle is still intact. Each parfum includes a 2ml sample so you can try the fragrance before opening the larger size. Candles are returnable if they are unlit and in resalable condition. Body and hand care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges are shipped free of charge within 7 days once we have received and inspected your return. Returns from mainland UK are free through our returns portal. Customers in Northern Ireland will need to arrange and cover the cost of sending items back, but re-shipping of the new item is free.
