These terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”) apply to Memree’s SMS/text messaging service (“the Service”). The Service is operated by Memree (“Memree”, “we”, “us”). By signing up to and using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

We may amend or withdraw the Service, or any of its features, at any time without notice. We may also update these Mobile Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted, and continued use of the Service will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

13.1. About the Service

By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS/text messages from Memree, you agree to receive recurring messages from and on behalf of Memree to the mobile number you have provided. This may include:

- Service messages such as order updates, delivery notifications, or account alerts.

- Marketing messages such as special offers, promotions, product launches, and cart reminders.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. You do not need to sign up to receive marketing messages in order to make a purchase from Memree, and your consent is not a condition of sale.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile network provider for sending and receiving text messages. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply — please check with your mobile network provider for details.

While we take care to provide the Service reliably, we are not responsible for:

- Delays, failures, or errors in message delivery

- Messages not being received

- Any action you do or do not take based on the information provided via the Service

The mobile networks we use to deliver messages are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
